Jobs can earn 1% in Warehouse Incentives for every dollar spent in rentals or on gear through the warehouse.
- Warehouse Rental Rewards: Earn $50 for every $5,000 monthly rental mark
- Warehouse Bucks: Earn $10 for every $1,000 monthly consumable sales mark
- Monthly Warehouse Promotional: Each month, The Warehouse will publish a promotion to generate more revenue on a rental or sales item(s). The ad will be emailed to Project Managers and Superintendents and posted on the Warehouse Website (warehouse.hoar.com)
Warehouse Rental Rewards and Bucks can be accumulated over the course of the job or cashed in monthly at the job teams’ discretion. All Rental Rewards and Bucks expire at job completion.
The Rental Rewards and Bucks can be applied to the following:
- Job Shipping Costs
- Rental Equipment
- Equipment or Material Purchasing
- Personal items of choice
